PRESIDENT FORCES ELECTION WOMEN TO HAVE NO VOTE. Australian and N.Z. Cable Association. (Reed. 8.35 p.m.) ATHENS, Sept. 30. The President, M. Condouriotis, has signed, a decree dissolving the Constituent Assembly, which the Government said was an obstacle to the realisation of internal peace. New' elections will be held nnder the new Constitution. From this a notable deletion at the instance of the Cabinet is women's suffrage.
