RESOLUTION, .. . ~ That, in pursuance and in exercise of the powers vested in it by Section ■l6 of "The Local Bodies Loans Act, 1913," and of all other Acta and powers (if any), it in that, behalf enabling, and subject to. the precedent consent of the Governor-in-Councu under Section 20 of "The Finance Act, 1919," and with the consent of the Ratepayers of the-Clevedon-Takanini Road Loan Special Rating Area in the County of Manukau, hereinafter described, testified by a Petition singned by not less than threefourths of the Ratepayers in the said Special Rating Area, the Capital Value of whose properties, as appearing in the Valuation Roll of the said County, is collectively greater than the Capital . Value of the properties of the Ratepayers who do not so consent, the Manukau County Council hereby resolves by way of Special Order as follows: '.That, for, the purpose of stumping, draining and' formation work, on that portion of the Clevedon-Takanini'Road, from the intersection of Walters' Road to ; the intersection of the Ardmore-Alfriston Road, in the Papakura and Wairoa Ridings of the County oL Manukau, the Manukau County Council proceed to raise a loan of Five Hundred Pounds (£500), to be called "The Mauukfiu County Council, Clevedon-Takanini Rd.
