TO-DAY'S WEATHER. HERALD'S SPECIAL FORECAST. The following weather forecast for 24 hours from 7 a.m. to-day was supplied to us by Mr. H. M. Vincent last evening:—Tho weather will be cloudy and unsettled over most of the Dominion, with further heavy rain, although fair intervals will intervene. Winds variable, westerly to south-westerlies, moderate to strong, prevailing. Seas moderate. Barometer, midnight, 29.95 in.; steady. GOVERNMENT REPORT. The Government meteorologist reported last evening that the indications were for moderate to strong north to west winds and cloudy and unsettled weather, with rain probable generally and a falling barometer everywhere.
