WIN FOR COOTAMUNDRA. MARGIN OF ONE POINT. Australian and N.Z. Cable Association. (Reed. 10.5 p.m.) SYDNEY. Aug. 19. The New Zealand Rugby League team played a Cootamundra district team today The visitors were defeated by the narrow margin of one point. The final scores were: Cootamundra, 26; New Zealand, 25. QUEENSLAND PLAYERS. TEAM FOR NEW ZEALAND. A. and N.Z. BRISBANE. Aug. 10. The following Rugby League football players have been selected to tour New Zealand: Bennett, Steinhort, Armbrustcr, Leibke, Gorman, Spencer, Parcells, Potter, M. E. Bricn, Parry, Paten, Craig, Frauenfelder, Henderson, Aynsley, Edwards, Moores, and Purcell3. Duncan Thompson announced that he could not go to New Zealand with the team.
