NAPIER SUPREME COURT. [BY TELEGRAPH. —PRESS ASSOCIATION.] NEW PLYMOUTH. Tuesday. Tho Supremo Court opened to-day before Mr. Justice Alpers. Found guilty of common assault on a young girl, Thomas Raymond Casey, a farmer, was fined £lO. Charlie Copihoki admitted breaking, entering and theft, and John Matthews pleaded guilty to theft. Both will bo sentenced to-morrow.
