A message from Morocco states that tho Riffs last night attacked a French camp at Bab Taza, but were easily repulsed. No details are available. The Taris newspapers believe, however, that tho affair indicates a resumption of the. Riff offensive.
Tho war correspondent of Le Temps in Morocco declares that Franco does not realise that sho is in danger of losing her territory in that country. Tho correspondent says the Government is well-niMHning, but, fearing political enemies, is concealing tho continual losses and retreats by tho use or abuse of tho convenient word infiltration
Tho casualties among French officers are very high indeed. French troops aro shouldering all the fighting owing to the inferiority of their coloured allies.
