NEED FOR PUBLICITY. [by TELEGRAPH. —PKESS ASSOCIATION.] WELLINGTON, Saturday. Tho tourist publicity conference passed resolutions urging tho Government to set up a board to administer tourist resorts and publicity services and to furnish it with £IOO,OOO per annum, half of this to be supplied by the Government, £15,000 by licensed hotels, £15,000 by shipping companies, and £lO each by private hotels and motor services.
