AEROPLANES SET OUT.
FORCED RETURN AND RESTART
(Received 7.5 p.m.) Reutcr. TOKIO. July 26.
A great crowd watched the departures of two aeroplanes, the Jlatsukasc aud Kechikaje, financed by tho newspaper Asahi, ou a proposed flight to London, via Moscow. Subsequently butli machines had to return to Osaka owing to engine defects, but later they sot out again.
