HOURS OF BUILDERS.
QUEENSLAND PROBLEM. A. and N.Z. BRISBANE, July 16. Mr. Justice Webb, in the Arbitration Court, refused to award the building trade employees a working week of 40 hours. The claim was based on the fact that the statutory working week was recently reduced by four hours. The union asked that it should bo granted the same benefit as other workers.
