RUSSIANS AND POLES. COUNTER INVASION CHARGES. llouter. WARSAW. July 3. Conflicting versions are given 'of a fight between Russian and Polish frontier guards. Each side accuses tho other of having invaded tho respective territories. The Polish version is that 30 Russians have been disarmed and interned. Tho Russians assert that the Polish force burned down the Soviet frontier post. '
