He will make a tour of inspection of fire brigades between Masterton and Napier. Mr. Justice Frazer, president o.'J the Arbitration Court, arrived yesterday, accompanied by Mr. W. Scott and Mr. H. Blunter, employers' and employees' assessors respectively. They are at tho Central Hotel and will preside over a tecdays' sitting of the Court, commencing this morning.
