New Zealand choicest, salted, is Quoted at 188s to 190s; Australian at 184s to 186s; urtsalted at 6s to 8s premium; and Danish at 1965. Cheese is very firm. New Zealand is quoted at 106s and Australian at 102s. Last week's report statedßutter is firm, and there is an active demand owing to tho continued dry, weather having reduced supplies of Irish and Continental and also of Siberian, the output of which is likely be less than was anticipated. Now Zealand choicest, salted, is quoted at 188s to 190s; unsalted at 1945. Australian, salted, is quoted at 182s to 186s; unsalted, 'lßßs to 190s. Danish is about 200s. Cheese is firm and is selling well. New Zealand is quoted at 102s to 104s and Australian at. 98s to 100s.

Dalgety and Company, Limited, report having received the following cablegram from their London house, dated July 2:— Butter: The market is quiet. Wo quote — New Zealand butter, salted, 188s; exceptional brands, 190s; Danish butter, 200s; finest Australian salted butter, 182s; unsalted, 188s. Cheese: The market is firm. New Zealand, white, 105s /to 106s; coloured, 104s to 105s; Canadian, 100s to 102s.

Mr. W. W. Bowker has received tho following cablegram from A. J. Mills and Company, Limited, London, dated July 2:—Butter: The market is quiet. New Zealand, first grade,-salted, 188s to 190s; second grade, 180s to 182 a f first, grade., unsalted, 194s to 1965; Danish, 196s to 198s: Australian, salted, 1843 to 1365; unsalted, 188s to 190s: Argentine, unsalted, 182s to. 184s; Siberian, 174s to 1765. Stocks are heavy, 'but we expect they will now. commence decreasing. Cheese: The market is firm. New Zea - land, first crade. white and coloured, !.06s; Canadian, 104s.
