The French Foreign Office announces that Britain's Note regarding interAllied war debts will lead the negotiations on the subject into an active phase. France is desirous, however, of first reaching an agreement regarding her debt to America. A message from Prague says the Tageblatt states that tho representatives of Czecho-Slovakia who went to Washington with a view to funding the war debt failed in that mission.
