SHUNTING ACCIDENT.

A FIREMAN INJURED. s As the result of having his left foot crushed by tho wheel of an engine during shunting operations at the Auckland station yesterday morning, a fireman, Mr. Patrick Nolan, aged 59, was taken to the Auckland Hospital. Mr. Nolan, who is married, resides in Dryden Street, Grey Lynn. Ho was reported last evening to be making satisfactory progress.
