BEAUTY FOR THE BUSY.

After you have had your bath and have cleansed your face with a good cream, use a hot water bottle on face and neck. Wrap up in a blanket, so that you won't be cold, and place tho hot water bottle, filled with very cold water, even ice water, on the face and neck. Then Jio down and relax.

When one portion of the face begins to sting, move the bottle to another portion. Use it on the chest also. This plan has the same effect on the face as has the walk on a cold winter day, and does not dry up the skin. It will smooth'out the tired lines, and make you look fresh and youthful. It is a quick substitute for patting and massaging, as it brings the blond to the face without stretching the skin.
