Public Notice is hereby given that at a Special Meeting of the Manukau CouDty Council, held on the 19th day of May, 1925, it was resolved, by way of Special Order, to amend Section 4 of By-laws No. 2, by deleting the scale of fees for Permits for Buildings or Alterations and Additions, and, under "The Counties Act, 1920," and "The Health Act, 1920," and their several amendments, and all other powers it thereunto, enabling, to make ordain, and enact a by* law, the object and purport of which is to prescribe a new scale of fees for Permits for Buildings or Alterations and Additions. The said resolution will be submitted for confirmation to a Meeting of the Manukau County Council, to be held at the County Office, Corner of Shortland and Princes Streets, Auckland, on TUESDAY, tho 21st day of July, 1925, at 10.30 a.m. A copy of the proposed Special Order and By-Laws is deposited at the Office of the Manukau County Council, where the same will bo open for inspection during office hours until the confirming meeting is held.
