THE SWEET PRINCE CASE. TERM OF DISQUALIFICATION. [BY TELEGRAPH.—PRESS ASSOCIATION.] NEW PLYMOUTH. Monday. Tho judicial committee of the Taranaki Trotting Club, to which the case was referred back, has decided that Harrv Daniel, of Waverley. and Sweet Prfnco (nominated as Takapo) be disaualified. under part 32 of the New Zealand Rules of Trotting, for one year. Daniel was ordered to pav £3O toward tho cost of the inouiry for "Wilfully and corruptly supplying - false information respecting a matter connected with the trotting, as set out in tho statement of the charges." 1
