An application by C. Hand for a transfer from Devonport to the Newton Club was approved. The applications of A. Herring and J. Wall for reinstatements were approved. The City delegate, Mr. .W. Davidson, moved according to notice given: '' Ihat in future any players ordered off tho neifl should be represented on ,the Judicial Committee by a club's advocate, who shall nave the power to defend such offence. lne motion wa3 carried. . , Mr. E. Stallworthy was appointed to fill the temporary vacancy on tho New Zealand Council in place of Mr. E. i helau. who has resigned.
