To day being the anniversary of fho death of Mr. Seddon about a hundred, admirers, including some from distant, parts, gathered at the monument in tho Bolton'Strcct cemetery this morning when two floral emblems, one from the West Coasters' Association and one from Sir Joseph and Lady Ward, were placed on the monument. The former was deposited by Mr. Roderick McKenzic. Speoches paying tributo to Mr, Seddou were made by Mr. Wilford and Mr. Hot 1 land. r
