SUPPORT FOR FRANC.
USE OF AMERICAN CREDITS. M. CAILLAUX'S LATEST PLAN. Reuter. PARIS, June 8. The rate of exchange for tho French franc is at present over 100 to the pound. It is announced that in order to support the franc the Minister for Finance, M. Caillaux, is determined, if necessary, to utilise all the American credits which are available 'as a result of the Morgan loan, in addition to further large sums. The exact moment of the Government's intervention will, however, be kept secret in order to prevent speculation.
