So far the weather conditions have , not been favourable toward an effort being made to raise the sunken fishing boat Marsden, which lies in six fathoms at tlio isolated Poor Knights Islands. From that place as soon as the weather conditions are considered good the run to the Poor Knights will bo made and the raising and salvaging of t-ho fishing boat will be attempted. The Whangarei Harbour Board's launch Kumi, with engineers, shipwrights and carpenters, will leave Whangarei for the same point upon receipt of advice from Tutukaka that conditions arc suitable.
