Batting for Leicester against Sussex, King made 114, thus scoring the first century of the season. The. counties ara now adopting the new hours of play, namely, from noon to 6.45 p.m. for the first day, from 11.15 a.m. to 6.45 p.m. on Hie second day, and from 11.15 a.m. to 5.30 p.m. on the third day, with an extra half-hour if needed.
