Henry Aitkens, aged 52 years, «ft) accountant, now of Invercargill, was with having embezzled £37 received on account of the Stony Creek Sawmilling Proprietary •Company on December .18, 1922, at Stawell, Victoria. He was remanded for a week on bail.
