Vincent last evening:— A temporary improvement in weather conditions is indicated, but further unsettled weather, with rain, will followshortly. "Warm and humid conditions. Tho Government meteorologist reported last overling as follows:—"Present indications are for strong west to southwesterly winds and cloudy, unsettled weather, with rain in many parLs; barometer unsteady, but rising everywhere after about 24 hours.''
