MAN'S FALL FROM TRAIN. VICTIM PICKED UP DEAD. A. and N.Z. MELBOURNE. Feb. '2O. I A strong suspicion oi foul play enjtcrtained bv the police 'in connection with the death of William Dunn, who 'was seen to fall from a train near the iNorth Wiliiamstown railway station. I When Dunn was picked up it was ! found that he had been, killed outright. His skull was smashed almost to a | pulp, and both his arms and legs -were ; badly fractured. I The police, theory is supported by the ! fact that three windows in the compartment from which Dunn iell were broke'!, possibly during a struggle. i
