MUNITIONS FROM GERMANY. AMPLE EVIDENCE SECURED, Sm , LONDON. Feb. 18. The Geneva correspondent of the Daily Mail says the Co-ordination Commission has secured ample evidence; to show that Germany is conducting a trade in arms and inanitions. Germany's best customer is China, to which country vast quantities of munitions arc being exported disguised as agricultural implements and pianos. • Private manufacturers of arms in Germany are unquestionably responsible for China's condition. They are, also suspected of encouraging the ( <raoeo-i urkish war .scare:-. Franco is urging national control of the manufacture of arms as a prelude to international control. Britain contends that no convention would bo effective unless it were signed by America. Possibly America will be invited to attend an arms conference.
