GREY LYN N TOURNAMENT. VICTORY FOR TAKAPUNA. Sixteen teams Jiad entered for Die Grey Lynn Club's monthly mid-week tournament, but heavy rain on Wednesday morning resulted in four of these losing what proved to be a very enjoyable day's play. The green, although a little heavy, played well, arid reflected great credit on the green cuperintendent, Mr. W. Boyne, and on the caretaker, Mr. H. Deighton. Crowley had a very narrow win this morning from Fraser, just getting one he wanted to win by a very close measure.
