.W STRICTNESS IN SYDNEY. RESTAURANTS AND BARBERS. Australian and N.Z. Cable Association. (Reed. 12.5S a.m.) SYDNEY. Feb. 18. Tho Sydney health authorities intend to stringently tighten the regulations for the control of restaurants and hairdressers' simps. The use of chipped pottery, glassware and other utensils which cannot be kept scrupulously clean, is to be forbidden. It is intended to also prohibit the use of fingers in portioning out food and to insist upon tbo uso of a spoon, fork, or other form of ladle. Kitchen employees must in future wear clothes which can, be washed, Tho regulations concerning hairdressers are framed on American lines. Any person suffering from » skin eruption is to be barred from working as a barber.
