FAIR M.P.'S DEBUT.

SURPRISE FOR COMMONS. WELL GOWNED AND HATLESS. LONDON. Feb. 10. The House of Commons was crowded at the opening of the session, and the gathering burst into a hum of admiration at the entrance of Miss E. Wilkinson, Labour M,P. for Middlesborough, who declared recently that there was still a mass of women determined to end the theatrical glitter accompanying the opening of Parliament. Miss Wilkinson was hatless, and wore a flowing gown of sea-green taffeta. It was the most startling frock ever worn in Parliament, eclipsing Lady Astor's black costume and white waistcoat.
