WORK IN MISSION FIELDS, The directors of the New Zealand Bible Training Institute met this week. It was reported that £4OOO had been promised for the new "building on the land already secured. Notice of motion was given by Mr. Rj A. Laidlaw that the board act as North Island Council for the Heart o£ Africa Missions. The secretary's report stated that students, besides going to mission fields, had been studying at Los Angeles and the Livingston Memorial College, London. One student was working among the Maoris. Students had. chosen the following mis" sions:—Sudan ln,i«»ipr Mission, China Inland Mission, Bolivia Mission, Sudan United Mission, raid the Poena Indian Mission. The treasurer reported the expenditure for the 12 months ended January 31 was £1822. A total of £1438 had been paid into the new building fundThe following students were accepted fez; the ministry andi the mission field :--p Mifses G. McGregor, A. M. Smith, S.> M. Martin and Rita Dobson, and MessrsBernard Wilson, William Moir, A. &► Roke and K. P. Lilly. It was decided to begin the year's wor? oa Mwc3j-2»
