COUNTY AMO CITY COUNCIL. COURT ACTION THREATENED. The Manukau County Council yesterday dealt with a letter from tho City Council's traffic department notifying that Court proceedings would be taken if its motor-lorries were not licensed before February 2. The letter had been considered by the Works Committee, which recommended that no action be token in the matter, and tho council adopted the recommendation.
