UNHAPPY MARRIAGE.
DIVORCE AFTER SEPARATION. The petition of Olive Harriet Cole (Mr. Moody) for divorce from William Henry .Cole, came before Mr. Justice Herdman in the Supreme Court yesterday. The parties were married in 1916, and separated by mutual consent in 1919. Petitioner said her reasons for the separation were respondent's addiction to drink and his generally bad habits. She had since taken up the nursing profession. Respondent had agreed to provide maintenance for herself and her child, who had !;ince died, but. had failed to do so. Corroborative evidence having been given, His Honor granted a decree nisi, to bo made absolute in three months.
