The estimated payments include maintenance) and working expenses, £135,000; interest, sinking fund, etc., £176.125: reserves, insurance. etc., £8400; Mannkau Harbour, £4485; provision for interest and sinking fund due January, 1926, £105,600; works, £18,750; completion Princes Wharf and railway sidings, £17,220; new Onehunga Wharf, £18,268; dredging for Princes Wharf, £15,000; redemption of debentures July 10, 1925, £13,500. In the works items mentioned provision is made for: —Western Wharf, _ £2750: breaking uo submerged portion _of Western Wharf, £1000; and renovation of offices, £3OOO. Under the heading of loan account Xo- 8 there was a "balance on January 1 of £38,682. Provision is made for the expenditure of this amount on the Onchnnga Wharf. Under loan account No. 9 receipts show sale of debentures £IOO,OOO, while the liabilities are Floating coal crane and grab, £IO,UUU; Freeman's Bav reading, £15,000; Eastern reclamation, £22,000; redemption Joan, 1904, £50,000; loan issuing expenses, £SOOO. In the Manukau account the estimated ordinary revenue is £5925, and this, with an advance of £4485 from Waitemata account, totals £10,410. Ihe estimated disbursements in the account inc'ude maintenance and working expenses £4300; interest and sinking fund. £4460; works and contingencies, £1650. , The estimates were adopted.
