Lye, M.P., performod the ceremony, and the Mayor, Mr. L. G. Armstrong, made the first dire. 'Hie baths were built by public subscriptions. They are up to date in every particular, and include a miniature bath for small children. A carnival and sports gathering will be held this evening.
