Young, S.M., this morning, charged with being dmnfef in charge of a bicycle. Senior-Sergeant ( Mathew said that defendant had been j knocked down by motor-car and had sns- j tained injuries to his hand, causing him j to bo in the hospital for six weeks. The magistrate agreed that defendants had had a lesson and ordered him to com® j up for sentence if called upon within 12 | months, and to pay 15s costs.
