ONEHUNGA POULTRY CLUB.
ELECTION OF OFFICERS. The annual meeting of the Onehunga Poultry Club was presided over by Mr. E. Wrigley. Tho following officers were elected: — Patrons, Sir Frederic Lang and Mr. W. J. Jordan, M.P.; vice-patrons, Mr. J. E. Cowell, Mayor of Onehunga, and Mr. J. Rowe; president, Mr. E. Wrigley; vicepresidents, Messrs. J. Smail, 0. H. Ambler and T. Mason; secretary and treasurer, Mr. E. M. Tapp; assistant secretary, Mr. J. Smail; auditor, Mr. F. A. Skinner; trustees, Messrs. T. C. Schnackenbor£, E. M. Tapp and W. Bailey; committees (poultry), Messrs. T. Bali, V. Hanson, R. Hooper, J. Kissling, F. Langton, A. Mainland, O. Peters, R. J. Roberts, F. A. Skinner and A. Stewart; (pigeons), F. Banfield, N. Hanson and T. Sparkes; (canaries), T. Mason, jun., J. Simpson and S. A. Wood. The next show at Onehunga will be held on June 18 and 19, subject to the approval of the North Island Poultry Association, which will also allot the championships to be competed for. The newlyformed Waterfowl Club will hold its show in conjunction with the Onehunga Poultry Club's show, and the Leghorn Club is also to be invited to join in.
