ADVERTISING IN BRITAIN. GOVERNMENT PUBLICATIONS. (Received 9.35 p m.) Renter. LONDON. Feb. 12. Sir 1. ,V. Bowater, Cohscrvative member for the City of London, drew attention in the House of Commons to-day to tho advertisement, of a Russian company, advertising Russian raw materials, which is appearing in Government publications. He asked whether, in view of the injury to the Dominions and Colonies, this advertisement. would be withdrawn: Sir Philip Cunliffe Lister, President of the Board of Trade, replied that he did not propose to enter into now contracts for advertisements from this undertaking.
