WORTHLESS PICTURES.
A LARGE SUM PAID. SUPPOSED OLD MASTERS* LONDON. Feb. 1. A wealthy Englishman, named Abdy, who lives in Paris, paid £60,000 for a collection of 124 supposed old masters. Experts proved that they wero worthless copies, and the dealer now pleads that he did not give any guarantee.
