PAYMENT TO AMERICA.
[ SHARP DIFFERENCES ARISE.
NEW YORK. Dec. 3. The New York World's Washington correspondent alleges that sharp differences have arisen between the British and American financial experts over the payment of America's £100.000,000 war claims against Germany out of the Dawes Boparations Fund.
Britain so far has refused to admit America's right to such payment on a parity with the other Allied nations. while tho United States declines to compromise in the slightest degree.
