Nov. 28. * Business men and business organisations and institutions throughout the country unanimously agree that both from the Imperial and commercial points of view one of the most vital question's is the early restoration of penny postage. The Times expresses the hope that the new Postmaster-General will see his way to accede to what has now become a national demand.
