REBELLION BREAKS DOWN. CALCUTTA Dec. 2. The rebellion of tribesmen against the Afghan Government has practically "broken down with the defeat \>f the Zadrans on November 9. This tribe was the only one which continued the struggle after the series of defeats inflicted on their associates. In the final battle the Zadran forces suffered heavily.
