(Reed. 7.5 p.m.) LONDON, Dec. 9. A meeting of the Colonial Institute will be held in January in conjunction with the Commonwealth Commercial Department, the Canadian Chamber of Commerce, the British Empire League, the Empire Producers' Organisation, the Empire Development Union, and several similar organisations. Professor Kenwood will preside. The meeting is for the purpose of inaugurating an Imperial Food Council and promoting the consumption of overseas products.
