SMALL AUSTRALIAN COMPANY REGISTERED IN SYRNEY. was announced in Sydney ? on December 4, of the Ford Motor Company of Australia, Ltd., with a capital of £100, in shares of £1 each. Subscribers of shares are Messrs. E. P. Simpson, T. Simpson, S. W. Waddell, R. C.Cook, A. Lundie, L. C. Saunders and J. G. Simpson. Evidently tho registration is only a preliminary step. Very wide powers are taken by the articles. The company is empowered to carry on the business of manufacturers, dealers in, hirers, repairers, cleaners, storers and warehousers of automobiles and other conveyances, to buy, sell, let, or hire, repair, alter and deal in machinery, component parts, spare parts, accessories and fittings of all kinds for motors, etc.
The company may also engage as garage keepers, and dealers in motive power. Also, the company may engage in the businesses of electrical engineers and contractors and suppliers of electricity. Ife may also be a carrier of passengers. The company has power to. increase its capital. •
