MISS AUCKLAND BRINGS £305.

After spirited bidding, the speed launch Miss .Auckland- was sold without reserve yesterday by Richard Arthur, Limited, on behalf of tho owners, Mason and Porter, Limited, Parnell, for £305. Bidding opened at £200 and by advances of £25 an offer of £275 was reached. Thereafter £5 bids were accepted and at £305 the vessel was sold to Mr. Eliot Davies. The new owner intends to race tho launch in Auckland, and it is expected she will be ready to compete in about, a fortnight.
