A Standard Oldsmol.'ile Car, which had all gears but top removed from the gear-vox, and the back axle sealed, completed one of the most remarkable demonstrations of power and reliability that lias been witnessed in any part of the world when it returned to Sydney after covering the specially-selected mountainous course of 2000 miles through Illawarra, North Coast, New England, Western District, and Blue Mountains. i "DAILY TELEGRAPH.' The recent highly meritorious performance of an Oldsmobile Six (driven by Mr. C. F. Sanderson, of Boyd Edkins, Ltd.), which covered a distance of 2000 miles of heavy cross-country work on > top gear, has naturally caused a good deal of comment.
