Board hereby makes by way of . special ORDER a By-law amending By-law No. 1 of The Auckland Electric Power Board intituled By-law No. 3 The object and purport of the proposed By-law are:— _■■-~ „ 1. To amend Clause 1 of Bylaw I\o.l by- substituting a new definition for "Engineer". \ ■ , —O, 2. To amend Clause 7 of Bylaw No. 1 by deleting therefrom the following words:— "and of hearing and reporting en all complaints brought to the notice of the Board concerning the conduct of persons licensed under this Bylaw." 3.
