FOREIGN LOANS PROBLEM.

STRICTER REGULATIONS URGED

Australian and N.Z. Cable Association. (Reed. 7.5 p.m.) LONDON. Nov. 28.

The diplomatic correspondent of the Daily Telegraph alludes to a movement among business men in favour of stricter regulations in respect to foreign loans on the London market. They also advocate closer co-operation between British industries, banks and issuing houses in order that loans and trade credits shall be conditional on the borrowers granting fair conditions to Britain's export trade.

Tho Chancellor of tho Exchequer. Mr. Winston Churchill, is credited with holding strong views on this subject.
