The Court of Apperl is engaged in hearing a case in which Jane Yuill, of Wellington, widow, is plaintiff, and Joseph Albert Tripe, Leslie James Maule, and others, defendants. The first two defendants intimated that they would consent to any order the Court might mrke. The deceased husband of plaintiff left all his personal effects a money to her, and subsequently became possessed of real property. The question before the Court is whether or not the will, passed the real as well as the personal property of the deceased. Mr. Cousins apneared for. plaintiff, and Mr. Rose for tfie Public Trustee, who represented one of the defendants absent from New Zealand.
