CRUELTY TO A HORSE.
FAILURE TO DESTROY. [BX TELEGRAPH. —OWN CORRESPONDENT.] TE AROHA. Friday. The police proceeded against WilJiam M. Bemroso for cruelty to a horse by failing to destroy tho animal, which was suffering from a broken leg. Bcmrcse pleaded guilty and was fined £5, with 15s costs.
