DISTURBANCE IN STREET.
SEQUEL IN POLICE <iOURT. fBY TELEGRAPH, —OWN CORRESPONDENT.] HAMILTON. Saturday. For creating a disturbance in Victoria Street, Hamilton, last evening, Howard Fenton, a visitor from the country, was fined £2 at the Magistrate's Court today. The police statfd that accuscd waved his hands frantically and upraided the Salvation Army, which was; playing in the street, with profane language. When the police intervened, h<r turned his attention to them and used ing and abusive language. Accused nad nothing to say when charged to-day.
